Snow Above Santa Barbara, 2/20/2011

This latest storm that just passed over the west coast left a dusting of snow on the hills above Santa Barbara. Today, the skies have cleared and it’s a beautiful sunny day, making today one of those rare times in California when you can be standing on the beach looking up at a snowy mountain.
